Conaway Motors is by far the best service shop around. I live in Mukilteo, Washington and they were the only European service shop in the area that could get my Audi in on the same day. They diagnosed my car, ordered the parts and even gave me a rental car for over the weekend. They are very knowledgeable and honest with their auto service and they have the best customer service I’ve experienced in the auto service industry.

Conaway always has our best interest in mind. My salvaged hippie beetle is a pain sometimes, but they treat her with utmost care. Whatever me and my fiance can't fix, Conaway is our first call. They gained our service after another shop price gouged us and kept recommending things it didn't need or couldn't figure things out. Sloppy Syntax

Prior coming to Conaway I had a terrible experience getting some repairs done on my car, it was running worse and I was worried it wasnâ€™t going to be able to be fixed. Logan and Sam were both patient and helpful getting my car in for an appointment quickly knowing it was an issue with my transmission. The mechanics were able to diagnose the problems and fix them in a few days. That was many years ago and Iâ€™ve been bringing my car to them since. Eric is the primary mechanic who works on my car and he explains everything I need to know about whatâ€™s going on with my car, itâ€™s an old quirky car so it needs good TLC periodically. I trust their work and know Iâ€™m not getting the run around like I have in the past at other places. I recommend Conaway to my friends and anyone looking for a mechanic. Thank you guy!
